A high quality finished product requires a couple of steps that have to be followed properly, and the process should only have to be done every 5-10 years. You need to know what you are doing with these steps, or you will get poor results and the seal will not last!
Some of our competitors recommend using steam to clean your grout. The tile and stone association of america reports that steam can be far too aggressive and can cause damage. The chemicals used are too strong and can extract color pigments from the grout which will modify its color.
